Unbelievably impressed with the work and thoroughness!

We are buying our first home, so you can imagine how anxious I was about this. John came in and documented each thing. In addition, he broke it down to what is the most expensive and/or dangerous so we could plan accordingly. He stayed and discussed everything through with us to make sure we are confident and educated about our options and next steps. Not only that, he got the inspection report back to us THE SAME NIGHT.
